Refund Policy

At YDKM, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must include proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Custom or personalised items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please email us at info@ydkm.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We will resolve the issue quickly, either by refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

5. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@ydkm.co.uk.
Do not send your item back without contacting us first.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
